Bilingual pharmacy Service

We offer full phamacy services in both English and French. If you do not speak either of these languages we will happily support you using internet translation software. Our pharmacy software will print prescription information in any language that you require.

We’re Here to Help

We value the relationship we have with you and your prescribers. We offer private consultation areas to discuss your health care concerns. We will ensure that your drug therapy is appropriate for you; that there are no interactions with foods or other medicines. We will get the medications that you need, when you need them. We will help to connect you to other resources in the community, as required.

Transferring Your Prescriptions

Laurie and Rachelle would love to be your pharmacists!   With about 30 years in the practice of pharmacy, deep knowledge about medication and pharmacy operations, your health will be in very good hands at Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria!  Transferring your prescription is very easy!

  1. Set Up Your Profile:

    • Provide your full name, birth date, address, phone number, drug plan details, and any relevant information such as allergies. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of your medical history.

  2. Transfer Process:

    • Notify your current pharmacy about the transfer by giving them Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria's contact details:

      • Phone: 705-222-2200

      • Fax: 705-419-2410

    • Alternatively, share your previous pharmacy's name and phone number with Seasons, and they'll handle the transfer for you. This includes updating medications, even those with no refills.

  3. Inform Your Prescriber:

    • Reach out to your family doctor, nurse practitioner, or prescriber to update them on your new pharmacy: Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria. Provide them with the contact information:

      • Phone: 705-222-2200

      • Fax: 705-419-2410

If you transfer a week or so before you need your refills, it gives us time to ensure we have a supply on hand to fill your prescription. Taking these steps ensures a seamless transition, allowing Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria to provide personalized and attentive care.

Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria is owned by two pharmacists, Rachelle Rocha and Laurie Pennell. We were both born and raised in Sudbury, graduated from the University of Toronto and have each been in practice for about 30 years. We have specialized knowledge in managing chronic illness with medications and lifestyle factors.  We are offering our support in your health journey. Rachelle, and other staff, offer service in French.

MANAGING CHRONIC ILLNESSES

If you or someone you love is having problems with managing their chronic illnesses, and would like to explore how food choices might be influencing health, we have specialized knowledge in this regard. We also offer bubble packs to help you remember to take your medications at the right time.

Addictions

We understand the complexities around addiction, whether this is to prescriptions, recreational drugs, or processed food. We believe it is important to support clients in recovery; we do provide naloxone kits, methadone and suboxone, in a respectful, private manner, promoting inclusion with the broader community. We can also work with prescribers to recommend tapering regimens for coming off of certain medications safely.

prescriptions

We support clients who are experiencing mobility challenges, have recently been injured or concussed, or who require bubble packs to help in remembering to take all of their medications at the right time each day.
