About your Host:

April has been wildcrafting with her mother since early childhood. She remembers childhood hikes that in of how to use certain plants for tea or in a salad or as a substitute for chewing gum! As a result, picking plants and turning them into food, tea and medicine is as natural as taking a walk in the park. April has spent most of her adult life learning from experts in the fields of alternative medicine including wildcrafting, herbalism, sound healing, meditation, yoga, sacred dance and more. April has a friendly and empathetic style of teaching that allows her to adapt in leading both beginners and those with experience. She continues to grow with an adaptability, courage and strength she attributes to deep curiosity and a love of learning!

April's motto: If you can walk, you can dance; if you can talk, you can sing; if you can breathe, you can do yoga; and to truly learn, you must teach!
