We are pleased to launch our on-line/in person blended classes with Mama G!
Sign-in on February 12, 2025 to enjoy an evening of fun, food, and learning with Mama G, a Red Seal Chef with over 25 years of experience. Known for her talent in working with children, young adults, seniors, and life-challenged individuals, Mama G also stars in Mama G’s Cooking Experience on Eastlink Community TV.

What to Expect:

We will provide an equipment and supply list for you to follow along at home
We encourage you to assemble friends at your home!
Sign in at 5:45pm to meet and greet so we are ready to go for 6pm.
Dive into an interactive, immersive cooking session where you’ll learn hands-on techniques. We will learn about the benefits of chocolate, the different ways to use and manipulatent different chocolate types.
we will be using Microsoft Teams, you will get an email to join the class 15 minutes early
We encourage you to turn your camera on
we will use the chat box, which will be monitored and we will open up to your questions (we plan to mute the online audience between the question periods)
the session will be recorded for use by Seasons Pharmacy and Culinaria’s « pay to access » video library
cost $50, PLUS TAX = $56.50.
